Chula Vista Rangers partner with Planet Green
Everyone knows recycling is good for the environment, but did you know that recycling is also good for Chula Vista Rangers soccer club? We have just partnered with Planet Green, a printer cartridge and cell phone remanufacturing and recycling company, to start an exciting new fundraiser that recycles mobile phones and used printer cartridges – and we want you to be part of it!

2013 Developmental Academy
Our next eight week session will begin April 12th. Please stay tuned for the new name and log for the Developmental Academy.
The program trains on Fridays starting at 5:30 pm and play Saturday starting at 9 am.
Friday and Saturday training sessions will be held at Voyager Park located at 1178 E J Street, Chula Vista. Friday sessions are held from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm. Saturday’s training sessions are held from 9:00 am until 10:30 am.

Chula Vista Rangers announce new registration prices for 2013
For some us mostly our older teams, the season is coming to a conclusion with High school soccer starting up and State or National Cup coming in the spring of next year. Our younger teams are just finishing up their season as well, with a few make up games left to be played and for some of them Presidio and State Cup are just around the corner.

Chula Vista Rangers team up with GIVE N GO Project
Callinng all soccer fans, players, parents and soccer youth clubs. The Chula Vista Rangers are teaming up with the GIVE N GO Project and collecting used and new soccer gear. The GIVE N GO Project is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to use sports as a vehicle to bridge the gap of socioeconomic status by creating a team atmosphere, building self-confidence and instilling a sense of hope for abandoned kids. GIVE N GO donates used and new soccer gear while conducting clinics at orphanages abroad and foster homes in the States.

Chula Vista Rangers selected to the 2012 Young Olympians Program Summer Pool
The Chula Vista Rangers would like to congratulate Miryam Gomez and Regina Solis as they were both announced to the 2012 Young Olympians Summer Pool.
March 8, 2012 (Fullerton, CA) - Cal South’s Olympic Development Program proudly announced its selections today for its 2012 Young Olympians Program Summer Pools. A total of 240 boys and girls were selected for player pools in the 2000 age group.The full listing of selected players appears below.

CODE OF CONDUCT REMINDER TO ALL CAL SOUTH MEMBERS
September 28, 2011 (Fullerton, CA) - With the 2011 fall season well underway, this is a good time to remind ourselves of the appropriate conduct that all parents, players, coaches and fans should take into consideration whenever they are attending or participating in a soccer match. Like most sports, soccer can be very inspirational and can engage the emotions. While the vast majority of soccer’s participants and spectators are able to conduct themselves with politeness and civility, every so often, certain individuals can get a little carried away with their passion for the sport.
